"Nice amenities, with a couple small hiccups"
Overall, I had a good stay. The pool was clean, the room had everything we needed, and the gym was fine for squeezing in a quick workout — not huge, but it did the job. The WiFi worked most of the time, though it definitely slowed down at night, which was a little annoying when I was trying to stream something. Breakfast was decent too, nothing to rave about, but enough to get the day started. I’d probably give it 4 stars. A few small misses, but nothing that ruined the stay.

"Really nice vacation, but check-in took a while"
We had a really nice trip overall and enjoyed our stay. There were just a few small issues here and there, and check-in was slower than we expected, which was a bit frustrating after traveling. Other than that, it was a good vacation.

Booking my trip was quick and I didn’t run into any issues at first, but afterward I felt a bit misled about what was actually included. It seemed straightforward in the moment, but the details weren’t as clear as I expected.

We booked through vacationcompany.com the location was ridiculously good. Like, I was way too excited about not having to drive everywhere. Shops, the beach, and food spots were all super close, which made the whole trip feel so much easier and less stressful. It seriously made such a big difference. I’d definitely use them again

"Pretty much exactly like the photos"
I was relieved when we got there because the place looked pretty much the same as it did in the listing photos. The rooms, the view, and even the kitchen were all basically what I expected from looking at the pictures online, which is always the thing I worry about a little when booking somewhere. A few smaller details did look a bit older or more worn in person, but not in a way that really affected the stay or felt misleading. Overall, I was happy with how accurate the listing was.

"And maintenance got back to us fast"
it was a smooth experience. Maintenance responded quickly, got the issue fixed, and it didn’t turn into a big hassle.

"Good deal, just make sure it fits your trip"
It was a good value overall and cheaper than the other options I looked at. I was in a bit of a hurry and didn’t want to keep comparing prices forever, so this worked out well for me.

"Helpful service, even if I was a bit annoyed"
I was annoyed that I had to reach out in the first place, but to be fair, their customer service responded quickly and got my issue sorted without making it more complicated than it needed to be.

The place was super clean, it made me mad thinking about how many other places clearly don’t bother. Everything felt fresh, and even the bathroom was spotless, which should be normal but apparently isn’t for a lot of businesses
